Bus rides are great to see the critters but we enjoyed a hike, too.
Glaciers are melting so be sure to see a few...
The only glacier we were allowed to walk on...
Salmon and Eagles
This was the highlight of our trip! 60 miles of dirt road, 5 mile hike in to the park, exploring the park in the rain, 5 mile hike back to the parking area, 60 miles back to the campground.
This was an excellent campground.
Trying not to travel the same roads home as we took to come North. Chicken was a great little place to stop and the postmistress gave the kids books from their "library."
Also the sky cleared for us to see the Mountain.
Campground on Little Salmon Lake
How you cross the river into Dawson
Simpson Lake sunset
Best roads because they rebuild them every summer
Came to see the bears but it was just as exciting to see mink
Tour the painted fire hydrants!
Last stop in BC
Mt Rainier, WA, on our way home but definitely want to go back ....NORTH TO ALASKA!!!!
